I trained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School, recognised as one of Europe’s leading institutions for coaching and leadership development. I’m also a Professional Accredited Member of the Association for Coaching.

My work also extends to helping businesses build the leadership capability they need for their next stage of growth.

I developed Performance Partner to help businesses understand what they need from their leaders, assess leadership capability against those expectations, and create focused, individual development plans to close the gaps.

It’s about getting your leaders on track, raising the standard of leadership and helping the whole team perform better, in the direction the business needs to go.

For businesses that need senior People expertise without a full time CPO, I work as an embedded fractional partner.

I’ve worked with founder-led, VC-backed, PE-backed and Series A to C businesses, operating at executive level and working with boards to build the people, leadership and performance foundations needed for the next stage of growth.

I can step in to shape People strategy, establish OKRs and performance frameworks, build career progression frameworks, develop leadership capability, strengthen organisational design and deliver the practical work needed to move the business forward.

Alongside my executive coaching and fractional leadership work, I am a facilitator and speaker.

I created and hosted Seven Sessions, a live series at Shoreditch private members’ club The Curtain, guests included green tech founders, investors, art, media and founders of sustainable fashion.

I have spoken and facilitated for organisations including Barclays Female Founders, PropTech Connect, SoftwareOne and the University of Warwick, covering leadership, performance, scaling and building high performing teams.
